Where can we eat, and what is the beach like?
The resort sits on a private, roughly 650-foot stretch of white-sand beach. Kaban, the all-day restaurant, serves coastal Mexican flavors from 7 AM, and Bu'ul, the MICHELIN Guide-recommended fine-dining restaurant, opens from 6 p.m. daily except Mondays. Raw Bar by Bu'ul and Ka'anche's are terrace cocktail bars with sea views. Room service runs around the clock.
What should I know about arrival and getting to Chablé Maroma?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge. The resort is about a 35–40 minute drive from Cancún International Airport, and private airport transfers can be arranged for a surcharge with 48 hours' notice. Valet parking is free, and please share your expected arrival time in advance. Rates are subject to a 5% lodging tax, 16% VAT and a 15% resort fee.
