Kaban serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and Bu'ul is the fine-dining restaurant, serving dinner from 6 p.m. and closed on Mondays. Raw Bar by Bu'ul and Ka'anche's are the terrace cocktail bars. Beyond your own plunge pool there is a heated infinity pool overlooking Playa Maroma, open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Can I book a connecting room for friends or family traveling with me?
Connecting rooms are available, so a second villa can be arranged next door. The Serenity Pool Villa itself sleeps two, so additional guests would need their own accommodation.
What should I know about arrival, transfers and taxes?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. Please share your arrival time in advance, and bring a photo ID and credit card. The resort is a 35–40 minute drive from Cancún International Airport. Private airport transfers can be arranged on request, and the property asks for 48 hours' notice. Rates are subject to a 5% lodging tax, 16% VAT and a 15% resort fee, which may change under local legislation.
