What should I know about arrival and check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge. Please share your expected arrival time in advance, and bring photo ID and a credit card. Cancún International Airport is roughly a 35–40 minute drive. Airport transfers can be arranged with the resort 48 hours before arrival, and valet parking is free.
